AND 2 . Natural Turf and Artificial Turf Fields Maintenance/Replacement-In 2/19/03 PRAB/TSAC Proposed recommendations to City Council . These Recommendations were not presented to the School Board and, therefore, none of the Recommendations was implemented. Specifically, a single fee would provide for both and would be put in a either a Trust or Restricted Fund. Presently, the City is considering a Fee for maintenance of Natural Turf which provide for only 70% of the necessary funding to maintain these fields to the proper level and the Artificial Turf Fields' replacement would be funded by a Bond Issue. 3 . Location of Artificial Turf Fields-the School District presented its Recommendations on September 25, 2003 ; TSAC has been asked to evaluate. TSAC agreed with the location at Lakeridge, but would like to investigate other options concerning Lake Oswego H.S. 4 . Location of future Artificial Turf Fields-two potential sites were discussed, i .e. Woodmont Natural Area and the Rassehk property. Hopefully, this will be of some assistance and will relate to the General Business Topics that will be discussed in the Monday Meeting. Additionally, this is why I requested copies of the items in the previous Email . •
