SUBJECT: Additional written testimony for LU 13-0046

The Commission continued the January 22, 2013 hearing to January 29 to continue with the
presentation of the oral testimony. The Commission completed hearing testimony by the
applicant and proponents of the application, and heard from the Evergreen Neighborhood
Association and LONAC. The order of oral testimony continues with those persons who
submitted a Citizen Input Form (request to testify) on January 22, 2012, and who are in
opposition to the application and those neither for nor against. Upon concluding testimony of
those persons who previously submitted the Citizen Input Form, the Commission will hear the
applicant's rebuttal.
During this week's continuance of the public hearing, written testimony from any interested
persons may also be submitted into the record. Staff has also submitted additional information
for the Commission: Exhibits F16 and F17. The following exhibits were submitted at the January
22 hearing or in the week following. Copies of these exhibits were distributed to the
Commission and are available online at the following link:
