Leslie,
I am hoping that the mitigation rate for the Lake Grove overlay code (3 B vii (3)) can be changed
to what accords with other entities in the City.
Our LGBA Board unanimously has voted on this, and as the property and business stakeholders
representing the commercial district
will be vocal about a reasonable adjustment to the current mitigation exchange that has not
achieved stated goals and is perceived as
being punitive and costly.
