Development Review Commission Minutes
Monday, May 5, 2014
Chair Needham called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Workroom of City Hall, 380
A Avenue.
Members present: Chair Bob Needham, Vice Chair Creighton, Brent Ahrend, Ann Johnson, Kelly
Melendez and David Poulson. Frank Rossi was not present.
Staff: Hamid Pishvaie, Assistant Planning Director
FINDINGS
U 14-0005: The Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary is requesting approval of a
Development Review Permit to construct 17 villas in Phase 1-B of Mary's Woods ODPS. The
applicant is also requesting the removal of 187 trees to accommodate the project. The site is
located at: 17400 Holy Names Drive, (Tax Lot 300 of Tax Map 21 E14).
Ms. Johnson moved to approve LU 14-0005-1842 Findings, Conclusions and Order. Mr. Ahrend
seconded the motion and it passed 6:0.
GENERAL PLANNING AND OTHER BUSINESS
None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business Chair Needham adjourned the meeting at approximately 6:05 p.m.
