APPROVAL OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER V. PUBLIC HEARING LU 03 -0043, a request by Kornerstone Construction for approval of the following: 1. A 4-lot detached single family residential Planned Development. 2. Approval to remove approximately 11 trees to accommodate the project. The property is located at 6003 Washington Court, Tax Lot 11200 of Tax Map 21E 07 CD. The staff coordinator is Paul Espe, Associate Planner. Continued from the December 15, 2003, DRC meeting. * * * * * LU 03 -0065, a request by Our Savior’s Lutheran Church on behalf of King's Kids Christian School for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to locate a pre-school of up to 90 students in the Our Savior’s Lutheran Church facility. Also requested is a Class 2 Variance to allow use of the existing gymnasium to replace the requirement of LOC 50.69.060(2), which requires a fenced, outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet for each child of total capacity. The property is located at 2000 Country Club Road, Tax Lots 3500-3900 of Tax Map 21E 04 CB.
