LU 04-0080, a request by the City of Lake Oswego
V. PUBLIC HEARING
LU 04-0008, a request by Skreen Construction for approval of the following:
A minor partition to divide a 1.28-acre site into two parcels. Parcel 1 will be approximately 35,471 square
feet and Parcel 2 will be approximately 20,172 square feet.
Delineation of the Resource Conservation (RC) and Resource Protection (RP) district boundaries, and
establishment of an RC Protection Area.
Removal of nine trees to construct public and private improvements.
The property is located at: Northwest corner of the intersection of Cherry Lane and Highway 43, Tax Lot 7000 of
Tax Map 21E 10 DD. Staff coordinator is Debra Andreades, Associate Planner.
This hearing has been continued from the January 19, 2005, Development Review Commission
meeting (based on a request by the applicant) for receipt of additional staff report responding to
Applicant’s memorandum of issues; consideration of any response by Applicant (either at the
continued hearing or through submittal of Applicant’s Final Argument); and, for deliberation
purposes only; no additional public testimony scheduled.
