APPROVAL OF MINUTES May 19, 2008 June 30, 2008 July 7, 2008 IV. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER LU 08-0005, a request by JRT Construction, LLC LU 08-0017, a request by Cain Petroleum V. PUBLIC HEARING LU 06-0007, a request by Ulloa Investments for approval of the following in order to construct a 6- unit condominium project: • A lot line adjustment between Tax Lots 4000 and 4100. • A Development Permit for the proposed condominium structure, with the following exceptions pursuant to LOC 50.65.075: ƒ An exception to LOC 50.65.030(1), which requires that new buildings be designed in the “Lake Oswego Style” in the EC zone; ƒ A reduction of the 25-foot setback required from the west (State St.) property line to 8’; ƒ A reduction in the setback for the driveway location (from State Street) from 30 feet to 19.5 feet [LOC 50.58.015(1)]; and, ƒ A Reduction in the combined Open Space and Landscaping requirements from 40% to 26.3% [LOC 50.46.010(1) and 50.47.010(2)]. • The removal of five trees.
