LU 03 -0070, a request by Anna Purcell for approval of the following:
1 A Development Review Permit for two pairs of duplexes in the DD zone.
2. Residential infill design review approval for the following exceptions to the DD zone requirements:
a. A 15-foot reduction to the 25-foot setback along the west side of Tax Lot 4201 to 10 feet. [LOC
50.09.025 (4)].
b. Two 10-foot reductions to the 10-foot side yard setbacks along the common lot lines of Lots 11
and 12 of Tax Lot 4201 to zero [LOC 50.09.025(1)].
c. A five -foot reduction to the 15-foot setback on the east side of Lot 12 (Tax lot 4201) to 10 feet
[LOC 50.09.025(2)].
The property is located at: 26-32 Wilbur Street Street, Tax Lot 4201 of Tax Map 21E 10 AD. Staff
coordinator is Paul Espe, Associate Planner. This hearing has been continued from the 8/2/04
Development Review Commission meeting to consider additional building design issues; new
public testimony will be limited to effect of any design modifications.
