LU 04-0041, a request by Mountain West Senior Housing, LLC
V. PUBLIC HEARING
LU 04-0053, a request by Exotic Car Imports, LTD, for approval of a variance to the Sign Code in order to retain
an existing pole sign on the site that was required to be removed by May 21, 2004, pursuant to LOC 47.04.102(1).
The sign is located in front of the southeast corner of the structure at 600 North State Street. This hearing has
been continued from the September 20, 2004, Development Review Commission meeting for deliberation
purposes only (based on a request to leave the written record open for seven days following first
evidenciary hearing; no additional public testimony scheduled).
The property is located at: 600 N. State Street, Tax Lot 100 of Tax Map 2 1E 03DD. Staff coordinator is Jessica
Sarver, Associate Planner.

LU 03-0027, a request by Sullivan Living Trust, for approval of Conditional Use and Development Review
Permits to construct a 105-unit Congregate and Residential Care Housing facility. One hundred (100) trees are
requested for removal to construct the structure and utility facilities. This hearing is a continuation of the remand
hearing from May 17, 2004. The hearing on October 4, 2004, will be the first evidentiary hearing on the
revised application, filed on September 10, 2004.
The property is located near the southwest corner of the intersection of Overlook Drive and Stafford Road, Tax
Lots 700 & 800 of Tax Map 21E 16D. The staff coordinator is Jessica Sarver, Associate Planner.
