APPROVAL OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER LU 07-0059, a request by City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Dept. LU 07-0065, a request by Sam Bass LU 07-0037, a request by Taurus Homes LU 07-0044, a request by John Pinson V. PUBLIC HEARING LU 07-0031, a request by Northwest Housing Alternatives for approval of the following: • A Conditional Use Permit for a Congregate Care Housing development. • A Development Review Permit to construct a 45-unit structure for Congregate Care Housing. • Removal of 25 trees to accommodate the project. Location of Property: 4255 Oakridge Road (Tax Lot 400 of Tax Map 21E08 CB). Staff coordinator is Debra Andreades, Associate Planner. This hearing has been continued from the October 15, 2007, DRC meeting for deliberation purposes only (applicant to submit final written argument by Northwest Housing Alternatives; no additional public testimony scheduled). * * * * * LU 06-0080, a request by Barbara & Brenda Giddings for approval of the following: • A minor partition to divide the 1.5-acre site into 2 parcels; and, • The removal of two trees in order to construct a shared driveway and utilities. Location of Property: 16820 Chapin Way (Tax Lot 6700 of Tax Map 2 1E 10DD). Staff coordinator is Jessica Sarver, Associate Planner. This hearing has been continued from the October 15, 2007, DRC meeting. This will be the first evidentiary hearing; public testimony on all applicable criteria are permitted. VI.
