IV. FINDINGS
AP 11 -02 [LU 11-0009], Silver Oak Custom Homes, LLC
LU 11 -0010, a request by Marylhurst University
V. PUBLIC HEARING
LU 11 -0023, a request by Lake Oswego School District for a formal review of the
conditions of approval required in LU 08-0007, LU 09-0012 and LU 10-0036, which
relate to the Lakeridge High School Conditional Use Permit for the athletic field. A
formal review by the Development Review Commission is required each year for three
consecutive years following the decision date for LU 08-0007. The purpose of the
review is to determine if the conditions of approval are being adequately met. The
present request is for the third and final review of the prior approvals.
The property is located at: 1235 Overlook Drive, Lakeridge High School (Tax Lot 100 of
Tax Map 2 1E 16). The staff coordinator is Johanna Hastay, Associate Planner.
