FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER 7.1 Food Cart Pods in Limited Industrial Park (IP)Area (LU 16-0027) Public Comments Accepted: No. On October 24, 2016, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments with changes as discussed during deliberations. Staff coordinator is Sarah Selden, Senior Planner. 7.2 Annual Community Development Code Amendments (LU 16-0030) Public Comments Accepted: No. On November 14, 2016, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments with changes as discussed during deliberations. PUBLIC HEARING 8.1 Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map Corrections (LU 16-0035) Public Testimony Accepted: Yes. A request from the City of Lake Oswego for legislative map and text amendments to correct comprehensive plan map designation errors, and to correctly align a parcel's zoning with the comprehensive plan map designations. Amendments to the text of the Comprehensive Plan include adding definitions for Park and Natural Area (PNA) and Special Purpose-Open Space (SP). Staff coordinator is Paul Espe, Associate Planner. 9.
