COUNCIL BUSINESS 8.1 Resolution 19-63, Special Procurement for Program Management, Engineering Design and Construction Management Services Relating to the 2018-2021 Pavement Management Program Motion: Move to adopt Resolution 19-63. 8.2 Ordinance 2834, An Ordinance Annexing to the City of Lake Oswego One Parcel Consisting of 0.44 Acres and the Public Right-of-Way at 5995 SW Carman Drive; Declaring City of Lake Oswego Zoning Pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and Removing the Territory from Certain Districts (AN 19-0006) Motion: Move to enact Ordinance 2834. 8.3 Ordinance 2835, An Ordinance Annexing to the City of Lake Oswego Three Parcels, and the Adjacent Public Right of Way, Consisting of 1.7 Acres at 6244 Washington Ct; Declaring City of Lake Oswego Zoning Pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and Removing the Territory from Certain Districts (AN 19-0007) Motion: Move to enact Ordinance 2835. 8.4 Compliance with State Plastic Bag Laws Motion: Move to direct staff to prepare and present an ordinance amending LOC Chapter 26 to contain identical definitions, requirements, and restrictions of HB 2509 and reducing the bag fee to 5 cents from 10 cents. 9.
