•Luscher Farm is in Stafford Urban Reserve.
•Consistent with Comprehensive Plan.
•Complies with Metro Functional Plan/Metro
Code (MC 3.07.1110)
•Specifically authorized by 3-City IGA (Lake
Oswego, West Linn, Tualatin), and complies
with 5-Party IGA (cities, Clack. County, Metro)
Recommendation
1.Move to adopt Resolution 20-07.
(Upon approval of Res. 20-07, staff will
submit the Luscher Farm UGB amendment to
Metro.)
