All members of the City Council are attending remotely by Webex, and several avenues are
available to the public for viewing this meeting. The meeting can be livestreamed on the City's
YouTube Channel and at https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/. The meeting will also be broadcast live
on Tualatin Valley Community TV; check their website for details.
The Council is taking these steps as a result of the COVID -19 pandemic and the need to limit in-
person contact and promote social distancing. The pandemic is an emergency that threatens
public health, safety, and welfare, which requires us to meet remotely by electronic
communications. The City Council thanks you for your patience.
