All members of the City Council are attending remotely by Zoom, and several avenues are available to the public for viewing this meeting. CITIZEN COMMENT The purpose of citizen comment is to allow citizens to present information or raise an issue regarding items not on the agenda or regarding agenda items that do not include a public hearing. A time limit of three minutes per individual shall apply. Citizen comment will not exceed thirty minutes in total. To speak during the meeting, email CityRecorder@lakeoswego.city by noon Pacific time the day of the meeting to receive the Zoom log-in information. COUNCIL BUSINESS 7.1 Resolution 20-15, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lake Oswego Adopting an Amendment to the Wastewater Master Plan Motion: Move to adopt Resolution 20-15. 7.2 Grant Application for House Bill 2001 Planning Assistance Motion: Move to authorize the Mayor to sign a letter supporting the City's grant application to DLCD for work on HB 2001. 7.3 Rezoning of Properties for Affordable Housing Motion: Move to initiate comprehensive plan and zoning changes for multifamily affordable housing. 7.4 Council Briefing on Community and City Issues During the City's Declared State of Emergency 8.
