Background
• November 2012, Resolution 12-64: Council adopted the
March 2013 Wastewater Collection System Master Plan
Update (2013 WWMP)
• 2013 WWMP updated the previous 1989 Sewer System
Master Plan, which was an extension of the City's 1968
Sanitary Sewer Study
• 2019, Carollo Engineers reevaluated portions of the 2013
WWMP concluding in the 2019 Amendment
