Commission are attending remotely by Webex, and several avenues are available to the public for viewing this

6.1 Community Development Code Amendments Related to Seasonal Restaurant Enclosures (LU 20-
0019)
Public Testimony Accepted: Yes.

A request from the City of Lake Oswego for amendments to Chapter 50 (Community
Development Code) of the Lake Oswego Code for the purpose of allowing seasonal (Nov. 1 —
April 30) restaurant enclosures on private property in commercial zones. Staff coordinator is
Evan Fransted, Associate Planner.

7.1 Sustainability and Climate Action Plan (PP 19-0004)

The Commission will review the Sustainability and Climate Action Plan focusing on incentives for
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Staff coordinator is Jenny Slepian, Sustainability and
Management Analyst.

8.1 House Bills 2001 and 2003 (PP 19-0008)
