On roll call of officers all reported presisnt. Minutes of last Meeting road and approved. Ordinance to grant the Portland Railway light and power Jompany an extension of ono year to change location of pole) line was takenfron. the table and the following is the vote thereon: Clark yes, Haines No, King no, Shirley no, Thomas nc , Nixon no. Mayor then deolared ordinance loot. On motion by King P.R,L.& P.Co. granted an extension of 90 days time to change pole line to East side of Front St. Ordinance to authorize the Council to purohnse from the Howrd-Cooper Corporation a National Hercules grader was voted on as follows: Haines No. King you, Clark no, Thomas yes, Shipley yes, Nixon yes. Mayor declared ordinance adopted. Resolution to lay lido walk carried as follows; Pu it resolved by the City of Oswego that a 4 ft. board side walk and. crossings be built as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Front and A ave. on the N side of A ave. West to intersect with present side-walk on First street. Beginning, at the rant side of the Alloy. ail A Ave. bet. 4th, and 5th, Ste. running thence West to West side of 7th. ; Beginning at the West side of Front Street at the intersection of D ave. running thence West on D ave to intersect with siae-walk on West side of 4th, st. Be ginning at the N. side of C Ave. and the 'Rdst side 1110 of 2nd. at. running on the, Nest side of Second et . to proposed new walk on D ave. Beginning at the Weet' side of 4th, St . and N. side 6f C Ave. running thence vest on C ave. to 6th, St. Beginning at the Rest side of First St. at the , intersection of B ave. running thence N. to d ave. Beginning at the 8P. RR. Traok running thence 8 1o0 Front street on the West uide of Front to City limits. + On Motion by Clark Street CoM instructed to replace croc.a ; walk at 2nd. and B Ave. Communications read from Peal and Co. and Buffalo Pitts roller Co. relative to teats of road rollers.
