Home My WebLink About20-27 RESOLUTION 20-27 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO MODIFYING AND INCREASING BUILDING DIVISION PERMIT FEES AND PLAN REVIEW FEES IN RESPONSE TO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE OF OREGON PERMITTING SYSTEM WHEREAS, in order to use the State of Oregon electronic permitting system, it is necessary for the City's Building Division to add missing fees and to modify the way fees are calculated in order to align with the State methodology; and WHEREAS, it is also necessary to update Building Division fees in order to support the cost of Building Division services; WHEREAS, this Resolution amends the Master Fees and Charges for the City. The revision to fees and charges resulting from this Resolution, shall be incorporated into the City's Master Fees and Charges schedule. NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Oswego that: Section 1. Fees for the Building Division of the City's Planning and Building Services Department are hereby adjusted as shown on Exhibit A to this Resolution (new material shown with underlined type, deleted material shown with strikcthrough typo) Section 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
