City Hall is closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All members of the Board and
City Council are attending remotely, and several avenues are available to the public for viewing
this meeting. The meeting can be livestreamed on the City's YouTube Channel and at

9.1 Approval of Additional Consulting Services Expenditure on the Public-Private
Partnership (P3) Project to Build, Design, Finance, Operate, and Maintain a New
Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Foothills Area
Motion: Move to authorize staff to spend an additional$335,000 in consulting
services to continue to explore the feasibility of Public-Private Partnership Project to
design, build,finance, operate, and maintain a new wastewater treatment plant.
9.2 Resolution 20-38, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lake Oswego
Authorizing an Increase in the Solid Waste, Recycling, and Organics Collection Rates
by Republic Services of Lake Oswego
Motion: Move to adopt Resolution 20-38.
9.3 Ordinance 2852, An Ordinance Annexing to the City of Lake Oswego One Parcel
Consisting of 0.28 Acres at 5950 SW Harrington Avenue and Public Rights of Way at
Harrington Avenue and Mellon Avenue; Declaring City of Lake Oswego Zoning
Pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and Removing the Territory from Certain Districts
(AN 20-0005).
This item was to come to the City Council for final approval at this meeting, but
instead will be included on the December 1, 2020 meeting agenda.
