SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL NEETIEdG
5:30 p.m., December 13,1994
Mayor Schlcnker called the meeting to order at 530 p.m. There was no quorum at
that time. At 5:40 p.m. there was a quorum. Those present were Mayor Schlenker
and City Councilors Klammer, Puskas and Anderson. Councilors Wolstein and
Chrisman were excused.
Mayor Schlenker called the meeting into executive session pursuant to
ORS 192.660(1)(i), Charter Officer Performance Evaluation. She recessed the
executive session at 6:00 p.m. and called the City Council in*to open session for
other business.
Mayor Schlenker moved that the City AWmey’s sa&y be ~a&&& TV $~,&IQ
per mamtltn effective Deeember P,1994. The motion was seconded by Councilor
Anderson. Roll call vote was taken and the motion passed with Klarnmer,
Anderson, Puskas and Mayor Schlenker voting in favor.
Mayor Schlenker called the City Council back into executive session pursEant to
ORS 192.660(l)(i), Charter Officer Performance Evaluation. She adjourned the
executive session at 6:50 p.m.
