Sewer is available in Boones Ferry Road with existing 6" laterals stubbed to the site.There is also an
existing sewer main located in West Sunset Drive along a portion of the site.

Stormwater
Stormwater with future development will need to be managed on-site according to the provisions of the
City's stormwater code and stormwater manual.All drainage facilities must have an emergency overflow
route.There are existing public stormwater lines adjacent to the site.
