I voted no related to question 2b, but with clarifications. I don't think that
minimum setbacks should be the only consideration in how wide a house or
middle housing options should be.
Stephanie's comment about a proportional width based on the overall width
makes a lot of sense to me.
Ralph's comments about design treatments to articulate the street facing
side of a building, whether it is a single family home or a du, tri, quadplex,
also seem appropriate as standard.
