Hi Erik and Ross,
In reviewing the last MH meeting,I noted Ross's comments about how a
detached triplex/quadplex project in Portland is processed as a planned
development application.
Would this be an allowed approach with HB2001 under the rule that middle
housing must be treated in code the same as single family?
Would this planned development approach give us the ability in code to
direct placement of the structures,garage placement and driveway
placement beyond what we do with single family?
