Regarding an issue for today's agenda,stormwater runoff,please consider recommending a moratorium on felling
any tree 15"DBH or greater,for many reasons,two of which are:(1)existing trees,and especially mature trees,
absorb water better than any other alternative;and(2)an increase in impermeable surfaces which usually results
from tree removal will lead to more runoff and more water pollution.
