Attached are photos of Coral Commons by Washington Square, and a copy of the listing of one of the most recent sales in there with all the information on size, etc. Of particular interest, I think, is the mature, wonderful landscaping. It MAKES the project sing. Also, the detached garages, and area for recycling bins. Yard debris, trash receptacles and recycling bins have not been a topic of discussion, but they take up a lot of space in any project. If the people of LO do not want to see garages to the front, they sure do not want to see three trash/recycling bins in front of each unit, either. We need to address this in our discussions.
