LU 22-0047: A request for a Development Review (DR) Permit for a new mixed use building
with approximately 3,400 sq. ft. of commercial office space and eight residential units in the
West Lake Grove Design District using the Clear & Objective Housing Track. The applicant is
also requesting the removal of three trees to accommodate site improvements.
This site is located at 16607 & 16667 Boones Ferry Road (21E07DD01900, 21E07DD02000).

LU 22-0029: A request for a modification to an approved Conditional Use Permit (LU 12-
0056) for a private school to increase student enrollment from 50 to 150 students and a
Resource Protection (RP) District (stream corridor) delineation.
