16-82 to construct a 1,952 square foot addition (including a basement) to an existing dental office tii
• building. A modification of Condition No. 5 of DR 16-82 is also requested to reduce the 10 foot ,
landscaped yard along the north property line to one foot. The site is located at 3942 Douglas Way
(Tax Lot 12300 & 12400 of Tax Map 2 1E 8BC), Staff coordinator is Eliza/MU Jacob, Associate
