Lake Oswego Planning Department and City Government, Testimony for: Ordinance 2874 Legal Restrictions and LU 23-0002 Statement in Opposition The Stafford-Tualatin Valley Community Planning Organization Members supported the LoveLOParks, Lake Oswego Citizens Measure 3-568 and continue to support their opposition to city approval of development methods in LU 23-0002 at the Waluga Park Nature Preserve. Lake Oswego needs a City Government that will listen to its citizens as well as the surrounding communities impacted by decisions issued by its leadership.
