Comments Dear DRC:
The construction of a 17-foot by 525-foot lane through designated wetlands in a
natural park is diametrically opposed to Measure 3-569. It would cut a scar through
Waluga Park West and take down established trees unnecessarily.The city and
the developer must find an alternative path to hook to the sewer.This can be done
along the road that gives access to these five lots.
Do not violate the law of the land. Deny this unnecessary destruction of a natural
park within the city limits. Deny the permit.
