City Hall July 22nd, I921.
Adjourned meeting of the City council called to order by Mayor
A.C .Hees.
Roll of officers called and the following were found to '
be absent Marehall,Treasurer,and councilmen Didzun,Wanker
' and Boyd.
A Resolution was presented to make arrangements to have '
the City have a representative to .appear before the Public
Utility Commission in regards to the rates established by '
them in the Pacific Telephone & Telegraph case.
Asthero were so many of t':e councilmen absent it was thought
; best to adjourn the meotinc to some future date.

On motion by Fox 2nd by Pollard that we adjourn until Monday
evening July 25th. Motion carried and so ordered.

On rollcall the following were found to be absent :Marshal,'
Treasurer and councilman Boyd.
The resolution read at the adjourned meeting held 3uly22nd.
was read,and a motion made by Didzun,2nd.by Fox that it be read
, the second time,Motionn carried. The resolution was read
' again and a motion made by Wanker 2nd,by Didzun that the
' resolution be adopted as read.On rollcall all present voting::
No; Motion lost and so ordered.

presented and read and on motion made byDidzun 2nd y Wanker
it was read for the second time.
Motion made byFox 2nd;by Didzun that the resolution be adop--
ted as read.On rollcall all present voting Yes; Carried and
so Orddmddl.
A letter from the Committee on Tax Investigation was read ,
and the Mayor stated that he would answer the same.
Motion being in order Council adjourned.
