away from us. it is a rental home and the driveway is full of various cars, typically 4-6, with all different type of
people coming and going throughout the day and night, it seems they are running a business out of the home.
they have a whi 4runner with no muffler which makes an incredible loud sound and he comes and goes
through out the late evening and weekends, often waking us all uo. i have a strong sense they are
manufacturing dugs in the home, they have cardboard in their garage windows and curtains blocking any sight
into the home and overall they are an intmindating bunch of people. from noise ordinance perspective, do
neighbors have any rights?".
