Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Mr. Ruedy, who is planning to build:on Lot 61 on Lake Front road, asked Council's assistance in extending sewer approximately 200 ft. to his lot. Matter referred to Sewer Committee. Walter Loftquist asked Council to approve 15 ft., -set -back for car -port... Per- mission granted since the house on which the•addition. is being made was built prior to building code ordinance. H. L. Robinson asked that our Street Department. grade down his lots on. -10th St. Moved by Bender,.seconded by Papulski that matter be referred to Street Committee and City Engineer. Passed unanimously. . Mr. Kovtonovich stated that he had been promised hbouy 12 yrs. ago that a sewer was to be put in on 9th St. and he had planned to connect from his house on -,that street.—Council advised him that they knew nothing of such a promise, and had no funds for such a purpose. at. this time. Lewis Grant, instructor for the Playground Program, was present, and described the activities offered and attendance they were having so far-- average about 60 children a day.
