Mr. -Ferry Smith, owner of property on Country :Club Road and "Cn Avenue,
desires permission to install seatic tank in order to furnish plumbing for
family gardener in garden house.upon. premises, with provision •would

Mayor appointed Ernest 2rior and :Villiara Banks to work with City Recorder
to canvass vote of special election held Oct.7,1947.
