4. CITIZEN COMMENT ON THE STAFFORD URBAN RESERVE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT (IGA)
The purpose of this comment period is to allow citizens to present information or raise an
issue regarding the Stafford Urban Reserve IGA. A time limit of three minutes per individual
shall apply. A maximum of fifteen minutes comment will be allowed.
5. COUNCIL BUSINESS
5.1 Stafford Urban Reserve Intergovernmental Agreement
Motion: Move to authorize the Mayor to sign the five-party intergovernmental agreement
among Metro, Clackamas County, and the cities of Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Tualatin
relating to the designation of urban reserves in the Stafford area.
