MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION COMMITTEE
Minutes
June 13,1996
The City Council Management Compensation Committee held a meeting in the Human
Resources Conference Room,at 5:18 p.m. Present were Councilors Atherton and
Klammer. Also in attendance were Douglas J. Schmitz,City Manager, and
Robert A. Kincaid,Assistant City Manager. Councilor Prosser was excused.
The Committee discussed the Fox Lawson Report. Bob Kincaid reviewed City policies
regarding compensation for management and mid-management employees.
In response to inquiries from Councilors Atherton and Klammer, Mr. Kincaid indicated
he would return to the Committee with additional information.
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
