LU 24-0036 / AP 25-01: A request for a modification of LU 23-0011, an RP District wetland
re-delineation, and further adjustments to the RP District’s 50 -foot Protected Riparian Area
(PRA).
This site is located at 13580 Goodall Rd (Tax Reference: 21E04BC00300). The Staff
