Members of the public who wish to join the meeting to listen to the Call to Order and Roll Call must
email CityRecorder@lakeoswego.city by Noon the day of the meeting. The public will not be able to
remain in the meeting for the executive session.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Under authority of ORS 192.660 (2)(h) Consult with attorney
regarding legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation
or litigation likely to be filed; and (f) Consider records that are exempt by law from
public inspection.
