The purpose of Public Comment is to allow community members to present information or raise an
issue regarding items not on the agenda or regarding agenda items that do not include a public
hearing.A time limit of three minutes per individual shall apply. Public Comment will not exceed
thirty minutes in total, unless changed by the Mayor. If you are unable to attend the meeting and
prefer to provide public comment in writing, by phone or electronically, please email the City
Recorder by noon the day of the meeting.

The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to consider items that require no discussion.
An item may only be discussed if it is pulled from the Consent Agenda.

EPA for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Project in an amount not to exceed
$123,480,000.
7. 2 Ordinance 2958, An Ordinance Annexing to the City of Lake Oswego One Parcel
Consisting of 0.44 acres at 5450 Kenny street; Declaring City of Lake Oswego
Zoning of R-10, Pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and Removing the Territory from
Certain Districts (AN 25-0001).
Motion: Move to Reconsider.
7. 3 Ordinance 2961, An Ordinance Annexing to the City of Lake Oswego One Parcel
Consisting Of 0.55 Acres At 6210 Lakeview Blvd; Declaring City of Lake Oswego
Zoning of R-10, Pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(A-C); and Removing the Territory
