Resource Plan (2022) and Housing Production Strategy (2024)
•2025 City Council Initiative “Begin a comprehensive review of
the Development Code to identify barriers to housing
production and economic development and implement code
amendments to address these barriers.”
Purpose and Objectives
•Conduct a comprehensive review of the
Development Code (CDC) Chapter 50 to
identify barriers to housing production
and economic development, then
implement code amendments to address
those barriers.
