Motion: Move to adopt the Consent Agenda. 7.1 Ordinance 2968, Annexing 2405 Knaus Road—AN 25-0005 Motion: Move to enact Ordinance 2968. 7.2 Resolution 25-42, Creating and Approving Appointments to the Foothills District Technical Advisory Committee Motion: Move to adopt Resolution 25-42. 7.3 Amendment to IGA with LOSD Regarding the Usage of the LORAC Motion: Move to authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment to the intergovernmental agreement between the City of Lake Oswego and Lake Oswego School District No. 7.1— Recreation and Aquatics Center Use and Lease Agreement. 8.
