SHS Reforms Overview

• SHS Regional Policy and Oversight Committee (OR 25-1539)
• Reforms Work Plan (Res 25-5534)
Actions:
1. GOVERNANCE: Sunset SHSOC and TCPB; establish SHS Regional Policy and Oversight
Committee (RPOC)
2. REGIONAL INVESTMENTS: Establish new framework for Regional investment fund
3. KPIs AND GOALS: Update regional KPIs, new key environmental indicators, and establish new
five-year regional goals and an interim regional goal
4. DATA DASHBOARD: Create new regional financial and programmatic data dashboard
5. ADMIN RULES: Codify programmatic definitions and guidelines in administrative rules
