LU 25-0040: A request for approval of Development Review Permit and a design variance
for an exterior remodel of an existing commercial building located in the Lake Grove Village
Center Overlay. No site improvements are proposed.
This site is located at 4250 Mercant ile Drive (Tax Reference 21E08BC15301) The Staff
Coordinator is Evan Fransted, AICP, Senior Planner.
