• Vote to recommend forwarding the Draft Strategy to the 9/1/26 Council meeting for
Council consideration.
i. Recommend whether the Council adoption process should include a study
session prior to adoption of the resolution.
OR
• Vote to schedule an additional Subcommittee meeting to further refine the Draft
Strategy before forwarding it to the City Council.
