LU 25-0022: A request for a Development Review Permit for a private pre-school located in the Lake
Grove Village Center Overlay District (LGVC) and a minor variance for a retaining wall/fence
combination over 8 feet in height.
This site is located at 15415 Hallmark Drive (Tax Reference 21E08BC01000). The Staff Coordinator is
Ellen Davis, AICP, Senior Planner.
