Mayor Judie Hammerstad called the City Council special meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. on
December 16, 2002, in the Council Workroom.
Present: Mayor Hammerstad, Councilors Graham, Turchi, McPeak, Hoffman, Schoen, and
Rohde.
Staff Present: Doug Schmitz, City Manager; David Powell, City Attorney; Judge Thomas
Rastetter
3. CHARTER OFFICER EVALUATIONS
Mayor Hammerstad recessed the meeting to Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(i),
to review and evaluate the performance of an officer, employee, or staff member pursuant to
standards, criteria, and policy directives adopted by the City Council.
3.1 Municipal Judge
3.2 City Attorney
3.3 City Manager
4. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Hammerstad reconvened the special meeting at 6:30 p.m.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Hammerstad adjourned the meeting at 6:31 p.m.
