memo before it gets sent to the Planning Commission, He also urged a:LL CCI
members to attend the Monday night spectacular.

The Planning Department has asked CCI (memo of 10 Sept.) to think about some ideas
as to how to build trust between staff and the City Council. One idea that was
discussed was having some .form of an informal Saturday workshop between staff,
Council, Planning Commission, CCI and the ^eneral public. The theme of the
workshop could be "better communications" or something of that nature. Department
heads would be ur,*ed to attend the workshop. No final conclusions about the
format could be reached, and the members agreed to think about the workshop idea
and others, and bring them to the next meeting (28 Sept.).
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m, Remember--Planni" Commission meetin- on Monday
night, 27 September, and the next regular CCI meeting on Tuisday night, 28
