Special meeting called for ths opening of hi.ds on the sale of the S;36O,wO water
bonds. City Attorney advised that due to our inability to fu:cnish satisfactory
legal opinion approving our election procedure the bids would’have to be returned
unopened.

OeRellis moved, Roger 6 seconded that the bids be returned unopaned'duo to our
inability to furnish satisfactory legal opinion approving our election procedure
in selling of water bonds. htotion carried,
Stanley moved, Rogers seconded that .t.ho City Attorney' he instructed to prepare
the necessary ordinance state the dato of an election, for the $300,000 Water
Bonds. Mo-tion' carried,, Election .will be held in the’ library. :-
%rmsen moved, Stanley seconded that the city enter into an agreement with Ford r
Motor Co. for the purchase of a 1936 Ford 2 Dr. Sedan at a price 6f W95.00.
Motion carried.

Council unanimous in their decision relative to instructing all’Deyartment Super-
visors that tho employment of any personnel be cleared wlth the.Departmsnt Head
