May 1, 2008, 2 p.m.
Oswego Room, West End Building
Present: Susanna Kuo; Corina Campbell-Sack; Sarah Neitzel; Jim Neidhart; Nancy
Headlee; and Pam Erickson.
Others in Attendance: Jerry Knippel, Director of Special Projects; and Jane McGarvin,
Deputy City Recorder.
1. Review Presentation to City Council
Mr. Knippel noted he had met with Alex McIntyre, City Manager, who recommended the
total presentation be limited to 30 minutes, which would include 15 minutes for
presentation and 15 minutes of discussion by Council. He then reviewed the proposed
PowerPoint presentation that would be made to City Council regarding the final report
and the Task Force's recommendations on May 13, with final adoption scheduled by the
Council at its June 6 Regular Meeting
The Task Force members discussed slides and materials to be included in the proposed
presentation and who would do the actual discussion. Ms. Neitzel volunteers to prepare
the talking points which would be coordinated with the PowerPoint slides.
Mr. Knippel noted he would forward the presentation as well as a copy of the draft final
report to the members and Ms. McGarvin would forward the Council agenda to
everyone.
2. Adjournment.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:56 p.m.
